Martha Buchanan, senior director and public health officer with the Knox County Health Department will present “Pandemic: Planning versus Reality,” Friday, October 9 via Zoom.
In her presentation, Buchanan will discuss the value and shortfalls of pandemic preparedness. She will share how planning helped, but how it did not prepare us for the reality of a global health pandemic.
