Tami Wyatt, UT professor of nursing, will present “How AI is Affecting Health Care” Friday, Oct. 20 from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Artificial intelligence has received much attention of late, in part, due to ChatGPT. Yet, we have been using AI for years—in our phones, in GPS systems, each time you use social media and in healthcare. In her presentation, Professor Wyatt will highlight the types of AI, how it is currently used in healthcare, and how we may see it influencing healthcare in the near future.
